Description of ApoLeads
ApoLeads is a lead-generation platform that helps users discover business opportunities, analyze public business websites, save and manage leads, and prepare or send outreach.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use ApoLeads only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use the service to harass, mislead, defraud, or infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure.
Lead and website data
ApoLeads collects and processes publicly available business and website data to generate leads and insights. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any lead, company, or website information.
Outreach and email sending
You are responsible for the legality and content of emails you send through ApoLeads. You must comply with all applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam, and electronic communications laws. ApoLeads must not be used to send spam, deceptive messages, or unlawful outreach.
Google account connection
Connecting a Google account is optional. When you connect Gmail, you authorize ApoLeads only to perform the functionality approved by you, such as sending outreach emails you initiate. ApoLeads does not use Gmail access for any unrelated purpose.
User responsibility for outreach
You are solely responsible for the content, recipients, and timing of outreach sent through ApoLeads. You must ensure you have appropriate consent or another lawful basis for contacting each recipient.
Intellectual property
ApoLeads owns all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant ApoLeads the limited license necessary to operate the service on your behalf.
Availability and changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Third-party services
ApoLeads may integrate with third-party services necessary for operation. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third-party services.
Disclaimer of warranties
ApoLeads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApoLeads and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ApoLeads at any time if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to the terms
