ApoLeads helps users discover business opportunities, analyze public business websites, manage leads, and send outreach. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect information when you use the ApoLeads service and website.
Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and profile information you provide during onboarding or in your settings.
- Information you provide while using ApoLeads, including search preferences, saved leads, notes, and outreach drafts.
- Lead, company, and outreach information saved inside the product, including business details, website analysis results, contact information, message content, send status, and timestamps.
- Technical information required for operating and securing the service, such as log data, device and browser information, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies.
Google account and Gmail data
Connecting a Google account and Gmail is optional and separate from signing into ApoLeads.
- ApoLeads requests Gmail permission only when you choose to connect your Gmail account.
- ApoLeads uses the Gmail API scope required to send email on your behalf.
- Gmail access is used only to send outreach emails explicitly initiated or approved by you.
- ApoLeads does not read your inbox, email history, or unrelated Gmail messages.
- ApoLeads does not sell Google user data.
- ApoLeads does not use Google user data for advertising.
- ApoLeads does not share Google user data with third parties except service providers required to operate the requested functionality, where applicable.
- ApoLeads may store information related to sent outreach, such as recipient, sender, subject, message content, send status, and sent timestamp, as required for the product experience.
- You can disconnect your Google account and stop future Gmail access at any time from your account settings.
How information is used
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate ApoLeads
- Personalize lead discovery and recommendations
- Analyze business websites
- Save leads and outreach drafts
- Send user-initiated outreach
- Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service
Data retention
We retain data only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal procedures.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at privacy@apoleads.com. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
Third-party services
ApoLeads may rely on third-party infrastructure and APIs necessary to operate the service, including hosting, analytics, and Google services when Gmail is connected. These providers are bound by appropriate data-processing obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Children's privacy
ApoLeads is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
